Terms of use

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Cowth Lab for using Kolab. By creating an account you accept them. If anything is unclear, write to kolab@cowth.co.

1. What Kolab is

Kolab helps you build your media kit and rate card, share them as a link or PDF, receive brand requests, write pitches and calculate suggested rates. Some features are on the Free plan and others on Pro or Agency.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. You must be at least 18 or have a parent's or guardian's permission. An Agency account is responsible for the kits of the creators it manages and must have their authorization to publish them.

3. Your content and your numbers

What you upload (text, photos, numbers, rates, logos) is yours. You let us store it, show it on your link and PDF and process it to provide the service, only while you use Kolab.

Your numbers must be real. Don't publish inflated figures, logos of brands you didn't work with, or content you don't have the right to use. We may hide a kit that misleads brands or infringes others' rights.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Kolab to send spam, impersonate another person or brand, publish illegal content, try to access other people's accounts or data, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Social networks and third-party services

Features that read Instagram, YouTube or TikTok depend on those platforms and their rules; they may change or stop being available outside our control. By connecting a network you also accept its terms (for example, the YouTube Terms of Service).

6. Suggested rates, pitches and brand deals

Suggested rates are reference estimates based on your views, engagement and niche; they don't guarantee a brand will pay that amount. Pitches are written by artificial intelligence: review them before sending.

Kolab isn't a party to the deals you close with brands: what you negotiate, charge and deliver is between you and the brand.

7. Plans, payments and founder pricing

Pro and Agency are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and sends your receipts.

You can cancel anytime from “Manage subscription”: no commitment, and you keep access until the end of the paid period; after that your kit stays online on the Free plan.

If you subscribe at founder pricing, you keep it as long as your subscription stays active without interruption. If you cancel and come back later, the price at that time applies.

We may change prices in the future; we'll tell you beforehand and the change only applies from your next renewal. Refunds follow the Refund policy.

8. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep Kolab running, but there may be outages or errors. Kolab is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, and we're not liable for earnings or brand deals that don't happen.

9. Termination

You can stop using Kolab and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without affecting the rights your country's consumer protection law gives you. If we change them we'll let you know before they apply.
